Who We’re Looking For
- 6–8 years of litigation experience, with a focus on medical malpractice.
- Trial experience is an asset, though not required—expertise is valued, and we offer robust training to support your growth.
- An existing book of business is welcomed but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a talent for persuasive writing.
- A readiness to assist with and progressively manage complex damages cases.
- An interest in contributing to and benefiting from a thoughtful succession plan.
