David M. Ottenwess was recently asked to be a speaker at the American Educational Institute as a part of a series of seminars for continuing education credits for physicians.
David is the Founding Partner of Ottenwess Law and has been litigating medical malpractice cases for over 35 years. He has defended highly complex and contentious cases against some of the more aggressive attorneys in the State of Michigan. Because of his trial experience in high-stakes matters, David is also retained in other significant, complex litigation, arbitration, and negotiations, including termination of executive employment agreements and related matters.
