| Stephanie P. Ottenwess was recently asked to be a speaker at the American Educational Institute as a part of a series of seminars for continuing education credits for physicians. Stephanie is the managing partner of Ottenwess Law, a boutique firm serving a diverse clientele in litigation, regulatory and transactional matters with particular focus on medical malpractice, professional liability defense and health law. Her healthcare practice includes counseling on transactional matters, licensing and healthcare litigation, as well as federal and state healthcare regulatory compliance including Stark and self-referral laws, and Anti-Kickback laws. Ms. Ottenwess’s clients include executives, physicians and physician groups, hospitals, practice managers and other healthcare professionals.
